Here it is Saturday. I'm all rung out from allergies. I've just about lost my voice and keep running to the bathroom from all the tea that I've swallowed. Still it's a beautiful day- happy to be alive.

    Oh jeez - hope the tea worked, and that you're feeling better soon!

    Also, it's good to see your blog up and running - can't wait to see how the rest of the exercises go for you throughout the course.
